Get ready for Peach Festival 2024! Applications will be opening soon, and we want to make sure you're all set to join us for this fantastic event.
This is your chance to review the application and ensure everything is in order before we open up the process... Mark your calendars, here is the timeline:
- Applications open for Lafayette based vendors, food and general, on Monday, March 11th.
- Applications open for everyone, inside Lafayette and out, on Monday, March 18th.
Don't miss out on the opportunity to be part of this exciting celebration, with over 25,000 attendees annually, and get ready to showcase your amazing products and talents.
General Event Information:
The 25th Annual Peach Festival is an outdoor festival on Public Road in Lafayette, CO on Saturday, August 17th, 2024, from 9 am – 4 pm. This event is free to the public and held regardless of weather. As per tradition there will be peach pies and peach cobbler for sale! DEADLINE FOR VENDOR APPLICATIONS is July 30th, 2024. NO Refunds after August 2nd, 2024, no shows are non-refundable.
Once the application is filled out, please feel free to either email (Events@lafayettecolorado.com) or mail (304. W Baseline Rd, Lafayette, CO 80026) your application over to be confirmed.

2024 Peach Festival Volunteer InformationÂ
Thank you for volunteering for our Peach Festival on August 17th! The Lafayette Chamber and Greater Lafayette Community greatly appreciate your support—this event couldn't happen without you.
Event Details:
- Date: Saturday, August 17th, 2024
- Time: 9am - 4pm
- Location: Old Town Lafayette on Public Rd.
- Highlights: World-famous peaches from Palisade, peach pies, and cobbler. Enjoy food vendors, crafters, antique dealers, and fine artists from the Front Range and Western States. There will also be free face painting and activities for all ages.
Volunteers will receive a detailed email about their specific volunteer spot and other important information approximately one week before the event.
Volunteer Meeting Acknowledgment: By signing up for a volunteer spot, you agree to make a good faith attempt to attend one of the two volunteer meetings:
- Meeting 1: August 7th, 5:30pm - 6:30pm
- Meeting 2: August 8th, 7:30am - 8:30am
Attendance at these meetings is crucial as it allows us to meet you and provide all relevant information and volunteer packets. These packets include volunteer t-shirts, meal vouchers, badges, and more.
